ANCORA Network User Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or participating in the ANCORA network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the network.
These terms apply to all users, validators, developers, and participants of the ANCORA network.
2. User Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Your use of the network complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
You are not located in, or a citizen of, any sanctioned jurisdiction
You are not listed on any global sanctions or watchlists
3. User Rights & Responsibilities
3.1 Your Rights
You retain full ownership and control over your tokens and identity
You may participate in network governance according to governance rules
You may run network nodes according to node operation rules
You may use network functionality according to protocol rules
3.2 Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for securing your wallet, keys, and account access
You will not use the network for illegal activities including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud
You will not attempt to attack, exploit, or compromise the network
You will comply with all applicable laws and reporting requirements
You acknowledge that no customer support, recovery, or refund services are provided
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the network for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to hack, exploit, or attack the network or any node
Create Sybil identities or fraudulently claim multiple Universal Access Grants
Manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt network consensus
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate the intellectual property rights of any party
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The network is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. All participation is at your sole risk.
No developer, foundation, validator, or network participant shall be liable for any damages arising from your use of the network.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore
You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against any network participant
7. Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated via network governance. Continued use of the network after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
