1. Core Protocol Code License
All ANCORA core protocol client code is released under the Apache License 2.0:
You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercially use the code, subject to the license terms.
2. Trademark Policy
"ANCORA", the ANCORA logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the ANCORA project.
Permitted Use:
Fair use for discussion, education, and non-commercial purposes
Reference to the ANCORA network and token
Community-created content with clear attribution
Prohibited Use Without Written Approval:
Use in commercial product or service branding
Use to imply endorsement or affiliation
Modified or altered version of the logo or marks
Use in misleading, fraudulent, or harmful context
Trademark inquiries may be submitted via governance proposal.
3. Documentation License
All ANCORA documentation, whitepapers, specifications, and educational content are released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
You are free to share, adapt, and commercially use the documentation with appropriate attribution.
4. Contributor Agreement
All code contributors agree to:
Assign copyright of contributions to the ANCORA project
Grant perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to all contributions
Certify that contributions are original and do not infringe third-party rights
Agree to the project's code of conduct and contribution guidelines
5. Patent Grant
All contributors grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free patent license for any patents embodied in their contributions, for use within the ANCORA ecosystem.
